Our project teams include project management, engineering, field staff, and procurement, all working together under one roof. We call this our One-Team Approach. Recognizing that every project is unique, we assemble a customized team with the skills to match the demands of each project. To ensure we deliver the maximum value for our clients, we take the time to listen and align our approach and project team with the client’s goals. Our experience has shown that communication is central to the success of every project. With this in mind we have developed a communications framework that facilitates the flow of information between all parties involved in the project. Responsibilities and accountabilities are clearly defined for our project manager and field operations, enhancing communication and coordination between all parties and trades. We utilize the latest in communication technologies, allowing team members access to project documents and email whether in the field or in the office. Our project teams have worked on projects large and small, forging communication efficiencies that are only developed through years of experience.

Delivering Innovative Solutions
We understand the opportunity for cost savings is greatest early in the project lifecycle. Our experienced field staff reviews all designs alongside the project engineers and project managers, adding valuable perspective and contributing solutions. As the project progresses, we continually review and evaluate opportunities, presenting them to the client for consideration. The entire team is involved in project close out and hand off.
